It marks momentum that has fallen far and fast, not a reversal: in a downtrend RSI can sit under 30 for weeks while price keeps falling. Results are limited to tickers with real volume; an illiquid name matching a screen is not a tradeable idea.

Every ticker is checked on its last closed bar, so a match cannot appear mid-session and disappear at the close. Tickers without enough history to compute the condition are excluded rather than counted as non-matching — a screen needing a 200-period average simply skips a symbol that has traded for fifty days.
